I was starting over with a new website. currently on a c-panel godaddy site that is too complicated.
Is there any advise on a webpage builder that supports Genpro html files to upload my
family tree
via
GEDCOM
to the web?

I am not sure I understand what you are looking for here. If by '
GenoPro html files' you mean
pages
from the
Narrative Report
then these can only be generated via the Narrative Report Skin
Template
via the
Report Generator
built in to GenoPro.
A Gedcom file would need to be loaded into GenoPro first before a Narrative Report could be generated to your website. If you are going to try this then I recommend you use
My Ged2Gno tool for an improved import of gedcom files
There are a large number of software packag
es available that will allow you to generate web pages from a Gedcom file. e.g. see
