this comes up trying to up load tree to web.

The attempt to connect to the server failed; verify the server name and port number  (errCode=12029)
Check your Internet connection and verify you authorization to upload files to server.

I have the same problem.

"The attempt to connect to the server failed; verify the server name and port number  (errCode=12029)
Check your Internet connection and verify you authorization to upload files to server."

The internet connection is, of course, fine.

According to our records you were able to publish something. Do you know what was the issue? A firewall?
