Respected Sir/Brother,
I am Maria Joseph K. User name: 145299 I
purchased
and joined GenoPro in March 2006. I have been using the previous versions till today. I now downloaded the new updated version GenoPro v3 and
installed
it in my Windows 7, and now it asks for "Registration Key". Please, guide me what to do and what happens to my previous purchase? Awaiting your
help
and guide, Please. I have spent hundreds of hours in feeding the details of my whole
village
as a single user. I am much disappointed now. Please do help me. Thank you. May God bless you all with safety and health.

Update
software. We’re a small non-profit organization and we use an old version of the software today and are interested in updating to a license of GenoPro 2020. As a non-profit would we qualify for an academic pricing or would we have to go with the enterprise price?
