I have tried to reach out though the Support email but am not getting any responses. My company is a Behavioral Heath non profit with our own K thru 12 school system. We are looking into getting a site license and according to the pricing page we need to
Academic institutions and charity organizations having multiple sites (locations) are welcome to contact us to receive a special quote for their site license.
However as i stated no one has responded? Is there another way to talk to some one about this?

Dear Mr. Richards, I responded to your email message of March 29, exactly 39 minutes after receiving it. Our academic site license is for institutions teaching the genogram in the classroom. This site license was made for the academic institution to have their students with a license to install GenoPro on their personal laptops to do their assignments. The charity license is for organizations having the majority of their revenues from charity. There is a big difference between charity and non-profit, as the vast majority of our clients, which are social workers, are working for some government agency or are funded by the government.

I am not following you here we are a non profit correct but so are charities. We are what you describe. A majority of our revenue is from donations and government entities. Wesley Family Services provides quality behavioral healthcare and therapeutic support services that support the needs of children, adults, and families throughout their lifespan. We are proud to serve more than 30,000 individuals annually in Western Pennsylvania. I have found that our email system (Microsoft 365) has your domain blacklisted for spam and is why i am not getting your emails. I have asked them to white list you.

Hello,
I am an educator and we use the software to teach genograms as part of our curriculum. I had a free academic key last year but it has expired. Is there a way that I can renew it or get a new one? |

My recommendation is NOT to distribute the key to your students but to tell them to use your Academic Referrer ID when requesting an academic key. With a valid Academic Referrer ID, each of your students will receive a new key valid for 6 months, and you will never have to request any key because once approved, your Academic Referrer ID is valid forever.
