Hi everyone,
My access to Genopro expired 556 days ago (08 Oct 2021). 
Have been using the one available at the counselling centre as a student my program is coming to an end and I will need to reactivate my access to Genopro. 
Also, I have a message from Crossover and I just want to make sure that Crossover's evaluation (to buy) is still accurate since I haven't used all of this for a while on my own MacOs. 
Thank you in advance for helping with the next steps.

I think the assessment from Crossover is completely accurate. You can trust it.

I purchased GenoPro in 2016.  Last year, a windows update caused me to loose my data.  Backups restored some files, but the GenoPro shortcut no longer works.  I tried to reinstall GenoPro about 4 times today, but cannot access the screen that allows me to enter my key.  When I install, a fresh genogram opens and nothing else.  

I went to the purchase window and entered my key, trying to purchase an update ("supporter" level).  I am being told it is incompatible with the version I own.  What do I do now?  I cannot access GenPro through the key and therefore I cannot even read the files I created back in 2016.
