Ok I found the updated Skins 2023-03-23 and updated. Now I get a different error:
Opening configuration file Config.xml for skin '\{EN} Ancestors Report\* ( 2020.06.05)'... Loading Dictionary.xml... [0.00] Processing template 'bootstrap.vbs'... Error at line 20, position 1 (bootstrap.vbs): Path not found Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800A004C Even though this has the same date as the previous version something seems to have changed.

I have uninstalled GenoPro, removing the old skins folder.
Opening configuration file Config.xml for skin '\{EN} Ancestors Report\* (2008.05.15)'... Loading Dictionary.xml... [0.00] Processing template 'Ancestors.htm'... Error at line 36 (Ancestors.htm): Object required: '' Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800A01A8 Now there is no Common folder in the Skins folder. I reinstalled as I found most of the report folders in \Skins\Common\Code were empty apart from a version.txt Now without any Common folder, as I understand it this will never work. Why is the installation not creating the report folders? Skins2023.03.23 is the same just version.txt. Any chance someone can help me get reports working?

What is your path to the report skins folder? If you have followed my installation instructions you should have created a new report skins folder and unzipped the downloaded report skin templates into that folder. The new folder should be in your own user space, not under Program Files\GenoPro This must be done after GenoPro is installed.
Tell GenoPro where to find the report skin templates via the Options tab of the Generate Report dialogue. When you run a report skin for the first time it will run the bootstrap script to create a link from that skin folder to the Common\Code folder.

Skin Folder C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\GenoPro\Skins\ C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\GenoPro\Skins\Common\Code\AncestorsReport Is empty except for: version.txt The others are not so I assumed this was the problem.

Common\Code\AncestorsReport DOES only have version.txt in it. It is merely a shared data folder (i.e. Common) for different language variants of the skin and the Ancestors Report has no shared data items other than the code version. It is not the report skin folder for the Ancestors Report, that is {EN} Ancestors Report.
I have no real idea as to why you are getting the errors you have reported. Try unzipping the skins for 2023.03.23 into say C:\Users\ myname\Documents\GenoPro\Skins2023.03.23 and set that same path as the Skin Folder under the Options tab of the Generate Report dialogue. Then run your report. You should see messages from the bootstrap script indicating first run. N.B. ensure you have selected at least one individual before running the report.

This error normally occurs when skin folders have been copied from one place to another.
Please ensure the target folder e.g. C:\Users\myname\Documents\GenoPro\Skins2023.03.23 is completely empty. Then unzip the downloaded report skins directly into that folder. You should then find that the folder C:\Users\myname\Documents\GenoPro\Skins2023.03.23\{EN} Ancestors Report\Code just contains an empty text file placeholder.txt. The bootstrap script will detect this on the first run and set up the link to Common\Code
