Dear,
I have contacted support multiple times to have
family
removed from an online published
family tree
.
The
pages
from my family were removed but they are still visible in the index of the family tree.
and also they are still present in the .gno that is downloadable.
According to my knowledge this all should be removed.

I also tried contacting the orginal creator of the family tree but they have not logged in since 2009
