Dear Madam, Sir, 

I am a university student working on kinship networks, and GenoPro greatly helps me! I started to work on the program a few days ago, and it dramatically changed the way my research developed. Unfortunately, the trial will end soon, and I need more time to work with GenoPro. Now after the registration, can I get the academic registration key? Do I need to ask my professor to write you an E-mail? 

And how can I ensure the work I've done until now will not get deleted? 

I appreciate any help you can provide,

In 2016, I bought GenoPro.  I lost all of my data after a Windows upgrade last year.  Some data were recovered by backups, but the GenoPro shortcut is no longer functional.  I've made around four attempts to reinstall GenoPro today, but each time I try, I am unable to get to the screen where I enter my key.
