If a couple has several children, you must write the
surnames
one after one of each one.
Is it possible that, automatically, when adding a child, the first surname is filled in from the father's first surname, and the second surname is filled in from the mother's first surname?
This feature should be optional

If you use the
family wizard
the father's name is filled in for the children. In UK we do not use mother's surname for children. I rarely use the wizard as it is not a problem with children surname as you can choose it when starting to enter aname as it will appear in a drop down list. You could also use copy and paste if you have many similar names meaning you have to type several letters to use the drop down list

"If you use the

that¡s true but in the family wizard there is no option for the
second surname, so you need to edite every child to add it
