Hi, I need to know what the FQDN is for the domain that genopro uses for online backups.  By security policy, all new domains that PCs need to access on our network need to be manually allowed through the firewall.  We cannot just allow all of *.genopro.com without knowing all of the requisite subdomains.  Thanks.

GenoPro.exe seems to use IP of 51.75.147.81.  In terms of FQDN I suggest api.genopro.com or just the domain itself genopro.com, both resolve to this same IP address.
