How can I request the invoice for a purchase already made with number 83214, the billing information being the same as the payment information?


Once we can download the invoice for said purchase, we need to buy 30 more licenses.

Please look for the "Transaction History" or "My Orders" section in the account management page. Then find the transaction with the code 83214 and select the option "Request Invoice" or "Download Invoice".
