Hello
In my new PC (windows 11) I don't see that folder "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GenoPro\Skins\"?
It seems to be hidden?  GenoPro finds it as expected but I don't.
How do I get this path into view?

In Windows File Explorer, click the View icon and in the submenu click 'show hidden items'.  Then close and reopen File Explorer to see your appdata folder.

When GenoPro is installed it attempts to put Report Skins in C:\Program Files (x86)\GenoPro\Skins but Program Files (x86) is protected by Windows and it silently diverts the path to the user's AppData\Roaming\GenoPro\Skins folder instead.

But you do not need to use this folder at all. When you download the latest Report Skins templates from https://support.genopro.com/Topic40608.aspx you can unzip these into a folder of your choice and then tell GenoPro to use this folder to find Report Skin Templates by specifying the new path under the Options tab of the Generate Report dialogue.

Hi
I wonder why GenoPro displays dates in format eg. 12/02/2025 instead of 12.02.2025?  Format changed when I re-installed GenoPro in my new PC.
I don't remember the place where date format is selected.  Could you help?

GenoPro uses the settings from Windows. In Windows 11 it's under Settings>Time & language>Language & region
