Replication steps: - Open file
- Zoom out to the maximum
- Zoom in again a bit
- Try moving the scrollbar handles
Expected behavior: You can move handles Actual behavior: Handles are frozen. You have to reopen the file to fix it. Additional info: This must be something outside GenoPro as I used this procedure frequently without issues. I have been encountering it since this week. I suspect this may be related to a recent Windows update. OS: Win 11 Pro, build version: 26100.3194 GenoPro: 3.1.0.1

Same problem over here: Scroll bars get locked on Windows 11 after changing the zoom factor. I just moved to a brand new system running Windows 11 and I noticed in the GenoPro GUI that both horizontal and vertical scroll bars get locked after I change the zoom factor. It is still possible to navigate through the genogram using the arrow keys, but I need to exit and restart GenoPro to be able to use the scoll bars. I have tried it out on another W11 system (my wife's laptop) with the same results. On an older W10 system it's OK. GenoPro: 3.1.0.1 Processor: Intel(R) N150 800 MHz Installed RAM: 16,0 GB (15,8 GB usable) System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition: Windows 11 Pro Version: 24H2 OS build: 26100.4652 Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.128.0

If you use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out, the scroll bars remain active. But when you use the %-sequence command, they lock.

I recently installed Genopro on a PC with Windows 11. I had always used it on Windows 10. I'm reviving this old post to confirm what Nand and honyk noted in previous posts:
- The horizontal and vertical scroll bars on the GenoMaps suddenly stop working: this usually happens when the genomap is minimized with the mouse wheelFrom then on, you can only move with the arrow keys.
- The "Data tips" option doesn't work; the suggestions for the surname/name/place of birth fields never appear on any field. The "Data tips" option has no effect.
Are these problems unsolvable with Windows 11?
Kind regards
