Hi I am a new user My procedure is 1 . finish the diagram which has 4 levels grandparents , parents , children , grandchildren 2 . from the menu select Edit , select all 3 . from the menu , edit , copy 4 . in powerpoint , paste to a blank slide 5 . the result is either ( 1 ) I get an empty rectangle or ( 2 ) I only get the left half of the genogram [ The same problem occurs when I paste to a word document ]. 6 . I use windows 10 . When i use the Windows Snipping tool I can successfully copy the genogram and paste it ( PS It makes no difference I have page layout turned on or off ) Your assistance would be appreciated Warm regards / gary

Just curious why you're trying to paste it into PowerPoint or Word? To print it? Email it? As part of a presentation or write up?
You can print it directly to a PDF file with PrimoPDF or another similar application . I use the Snipping Tool as well if I just want to grab a small piece of my tree.

That’s usually much more reliable than copying and pasting.
