I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this behaviour on their family tree website(s).

I've been using GenoPro for many years and have been publishing my family tree to the server using a password for access.

This has worked well until recently. I'm not sure when it started but for at least the past couple of weeks or so, I've been unable to get into my website using a password.

If I go to my control panel and remove the password, I can get straight in. If I reintroduce a password, nothing happens when I enter the password and press the "Return to Page" button.

Is this a problem at my end or is anyone else seeing this issue?

Many thanks.

Martin

Thanks megamau, I was beginning to think that I'd somehow introduced a corruption. Good to know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.

I'm still having issues trying to login using the password assigned to the webpage, I have changed the password and still no luck, any idea what else I can try, any work around? besides publishing without a password ?

That's great! I'm glad it didn't take too long to fix and thanks for following up.
