I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this behaviour on their family tree website(s).
I ' ve been using GenoPro for many years and have been publishing my family tree to the server using a password for access . This has worked well until recently . I ' m not sure when it started but for at least the past couple of weeks or so , I ' ve been unable to get into my website using a password .& nbsp ; If I go to my control panel and remove the password , I can get straight in . If I reintroduce a password , nothing happens when I enter the password and press the " Return to Page " button . Is this a problem at my end or is anyone else seeing this issue ? |

I have made GenoPro Support aware of this problem. Hopefully they can fix it soon

Thanks megamau, I was beginning to think that I'd somehow introduced a corruption. Good to know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.

I ' m still having issues trying to login using the password assigned to the webpage , I have changed the password and still no luck , any idea what else I can try , any work around ? besides publishing without a password ?

This issue has now been fixed by Dan and his brother at GenoPro Support
