Hello
I
purchased
a
registration
key
to
use
GenoPro
in
2020
.&
nbsp
;
My
laptop
is
so
slow
I
can
barely
use
it
so
I
am
planning
to
perform
a
factory
reset
.&
nbsp
;
I
thought
that
perhaps
I
couldn
'
t
do
this
as
I
would
lose
GenoPro
and
any
saved
genogram
s
.&
nbsp
;&
nbsp
;
If
I
backup
and
save
my
files
,
can
I
move
them
back
and
be
able
to
access
them
?&
nbsp
;&
nbsp
;
My
main
question
is
,
after
the
factory
reset
,
will
I
be
able
to
reinstall
GenoPro
and
use
the
same
Registration
Key
again
?
Thank
you

You
can
perform
a
factory
reset
without
losing
GenoPro
or
your
genogram
data
,
if
you
backup
your
genogram
files
first
.
After
the
reset
,
you
can
reinstall
GenoPro
and
use
the
same
Registration
Key
again
.
Just
make
sure
to
keep
your
key
and
backup
your
data
safe
before
resetting
.

If
you
are
worried
about
loosing
your
GenoPro
data
you
should
use
the
online
backup
-
from
the
file
menu
,
or
Ctrl
+
Shift
+
O
.
This
means
you
can
download
your
data
(
apart
from
pictures
)
wherever
you
are
