Cannot open the saved file. Plss Helppp

Author When I try to open the saved file, it suddenly turns off. I try to open it from a new window apps but it didn't work T.T

GenoPro doesn't like your filename, so just rename it using just ascii characters e.g. test.gno and it should open ok. 🙂

I was having trouble downloading, downloaded cCossover for Mac, and I can't open the app. Same thing, but the file name is Genpro and it still won't open. I am a student snd have to complete an assignment.

I cannot save my genogram as a PDF. I don't see an option to save it as a PDF. Please help I have to submit it in my student portal and it isn't supported.
