Good evening,
I hope you are all doing well.

We are interested in purchasing GenoProX, but we are not entirely sure which version would best suit our needs.
I am a psychotherapist working at a small practice of psychotherapists and family therapists (about 7–8 in total) in Portugal. Our primary theoretical approach is systemic intervention, and we use genograms as a clinical tool to better conceptualize our cases. We would also like to be able to create shared genograms with certain patients and/or families, allowing them to participate in the genogram development for therapeutic purposes (e.g., adding pictures, notes, etc).

Our team includes both Mac and Windows users.

Could you please advise us on the best version for our situation and let us know the associated costs?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Unfortunately GenoProX is not currently available for download as it is still under development, as it has been for more than 10 years. An alpha/beta release was slated to appear by the end of 2015 but it never materialised.

GenoProX is a very ambitious project being worked on by a single developer, the author of GenoPro, who is still very committed to the eventual release of GenoProX, working on it full time but no release date has been announced.

I suspect that the original package versions, Health, Family etc. my change the the persons marketing the product in the early days are no longer associated with it.
