There are several ways to do so.

In GenoPro you can select - part of - a genomap and copy it over to PowerPoint.  Crt-C/V will work.

You could also zoom the image to 100% and make a screen copy of it.  You can then paste it into a tool like IrfanView for further manipulation and then copy and paste to PowerPoint.
