Hi everyone,
I tried to write to the support team to the email indicated on the website but I got no answer so far. My company use Genopro 2007, but we are transitionning to new everything (new servers for VM, new OS for computers). I wanted to know if there was any known compatibility issues with this version ? Because if there is, there will be an impact on my planification of things. I am aware that 2007 was almost 20 years ago, it is huge in term of technology.

Support for the now 6 year old GenoPro 2020 is virtually non existent other than from a small group of customers/users so IMHO the chances to any support for the 20 year old GenoPro 2007  is zero!

There is no support 'team' at GenoPro Ltd, just one guy, the original creator of GenoPro 28 years ago and who is now entirely focused on the massively delayed GenoPro replacement, GenoProX.

So I think you are on your own and will need to rely on extensive system migration testing / user acceptance testing to try and ensure the product fits your needs and should compatibility issues arise in the future there is little likelihood of any support to assist you.
