I have two married couples on my GenoPro file, complete with their ancestors and children.  In each couple a spouse died leaving a widow and widower, who then went on to marry each other.  How do I link the widow & widower with a new marriage link without affecting the marriage link to their departed spouse?

To be clear, I am not asking for how to do this diagramatically, what I want is the generated GenoPro report to show, for both members of the newly married couple, their Marriage #1 with spouse & children, followed by their Marriage #2 with spouse and children.

I've tried the advice given in post #41707 entitled "How do I add brother married dead brother's wife", but this doesn't seem to work.  Ctrl/M does nothing on my version of GenoPro and Right click / Select does not offer and selection option to form a new marriage link to another existing person.

I use GenoPro v1.91 (the last version before GenoPro became object-oriented and started to generate unwanted standard wording into the descriptions boxes).  I guess this could limit what I can do.

If push comes to a shove, I could manually edit the html code generated by the GenoPro report generator, but I'd rather not do that. Alternatively, I could maybe create a GEDCOM export, tweak it, and then re-import it.  Again, not ideal, but it if works then the change might become permanent in my .gno file.

Any help greatly appreciated Smile
