On the Genomap my individuals have Last and Last2 Name, because in Spain we have the Father and the Mother Family name.
On display I use the "%F %L %L2".
On the report is "%F %L (%L2)", and that is not what I want.
(I start with the Spanish/Catalanish translation).

Each individual has two fields:
1. The Display Name
2. The Full Name
The report generator uses the full name. Have you tried to change the full name to "%F %L %L2"?
By the way, this is a great suggestion. I am thinking of a method named ToString with the formatting parameters.

The report generator uses the full name.
I've updated all the registers, and now alles work fine.

OK! Some individaual occure to me as unknown altough I have at least 2nd_last_name...Is it possible for report generator to, if last_name is missing and the 2nd_last_name is present take this as its entry... As I remember BASIC it is simple if... then function!

Is it possible for report generator to, if last_name is missing and the 2nd_last_name is present take this as its entry...I can add a new tag named LastOrLast2 which would pick the last name or the second last name if last name is empty.
