Most of the image filenames are in small letters while the html coding refers to the filenames with a capitalized first letter (eg 'image/individuals.gif' while html is 'image/Individuals.gif'). For a browser that is case-sensitive this is a problem, but for other browsers it is okay.

You are right. In the next template, I will make sure the case-sensitivity of the generated code matches the files. I am thinking of having all file names lowercase, however I am not sure it is such a great idea :?:.

I just made copies of the image files and renamed them with a first letter cap.

By the way, this is not a bug in the report generator because I am confident the files (icons) are copied to the destination report. It is a browser problem.

Thanks.
The fact that the icons appear in Firefox confirms this.
Re-booting didn't solve the problem.
Some setting in IE must be the cause.

Should I ask here what setting could be the cause or should I request support in another topic?

Any clues?[/quote]
Try rebooting the machine. I have seen similar problems where image caching is not working and after rebooting, everything is working fine. By the way, this is not a bug in the report generator because I am confident the files (icons) are copied to the destination report. It is a browser problem.

Thanks for the reply.
I don't have the web space to post the report.
I have since downloaded and installed Firefox and the report displays correctly with that browser.

I am now wondering what setting in IE is causing the problem.
I have enabled all the script settings but continue to get the same problem.
Any clues?

Thanks in advance.

I'm trying out the Report Generator.
Using IE6 with Windows 98.

When the Family Listing is displayed I get red crossed boxes instead of Icons on the left of the list.
(See here):-

I suspect it may have something to do with my Interent Explorer settings or perhaps I haven't downloaded the Icons with the Version 2.b.13h Beta.

Can you please help?
