1, Cannot print more than one page on an individual 2, Wives are in wrong order, if I entered them wrong on the tree how do I alter the order, as physically they are in the right order as shown. 3. How do I produce an individual report without a report on the whole tree. 4, How can I get a printed report on an individual to show all photographs on it instead of just the one in the window. 5. On one report it says he is the 39th child of 6. There is no diagrammatic tree in the report which can be shown on the web, only a list of names 7. Cannot get the help in the print page.

I want you to elaborate for each of your question, explaining in details what the problem is. Split your questions into different topics, so they can be addressed separately. If necessary, include a screen shot of the problem. Please read other posts too. Many of your questions have been answered before, such as the order / sorting of families at Topic6074-58-1.aspx and at http://www.genopro.com/newreportgenerator/. The issue of printing reports and/or photographs has been discussed intensively. Do a keyword search and you will find many answers.

GenoProSupport I want you to elaborate for each of your question, explaining in details what the problem is. Split your questions into different topics, so they can be addressed separately. If necessary, include a screen shot of the problem.I think that what GenoPro meant is for you to open for each problem you have a new topic, which means a new discussion for each problem and not a new message within the same topic. A topic is a thread regarding the same subject. Let me assure you that if there is a problem, Dan will not rest until it is fixed. Most of the problems you got, had been raised in other discussions (topics) in this forum. You will have to search and read what had been said in those discussions, like the one you found with the number of wifes. Please don't forget that this is only a Beta version of GenoPro, and as such it still have problems. This is what the users here are doing. We use the Beta in order to find any bug that is still in GenoPro, so Dan will fix it and for the final version which will be released will be with fewer bugs as possible. The Report Generator is new feature and still has it's problems. It can help if you send your file to Dan so he can debug the file and find the problem, and fix it.

I might try to answer at least some of your questions, but next time at least try to place each question in it's thread, and explain them little bit more...As for printing ... It is IE's feature, combined with the web page design. What you could do is selecting the text you want printed out (pictures included) , and then print>selection... Have you looked in birth details what is the child number of particular individual, maybe it's your typo!? Expanding the tree might be slow if you have many individuals, or impossible if there are restrictions imposed on use of the scripts. For viewing *.gno file through browser - it was discussed long time ago, but as i recall it had somethng to do with server options. If your file is uploaded, you have Genopro on your comp, and there are no restrictions on server regarding this issue, it should work fine! As for Help not working in Print preview, it's also an WinXP issue, not having anything with Genopro.
