Missing Pictures When Generating Report from Gedcom to HTML

Hi,

HTML report generated from my gedcom file doesn't contain any pictures.
The pictures are specified in the gedcom file as:

1 OBJE
2 FORM jpg
2 FILE d:\pictures\genealogy\Me (small).jpg
2 TITL
2 NOTE
2 _SCBK Y
2 _PRIM Y
2 _TYPE PHOTO
2 _SSHOW Y

Is this supposed to work?
What's the correct picture description format?
