There is no "Save As to Gedcom".  You need to export to Gedcom.

GenoPro -> Menu -> File -> Export -> Export to Gedcom.

Pick a filename to export and click on the Export button.

I'm using Genopro Beta, which is the version I happened to find first when I looked to download a new version of Genopro when we got a new computer and my old version got lost on the old machine. I recently tried exporting a GEDCOM, but Genopro Beta told me that it couldn't export a GEDCOM as the tags were being modified and I should use v1.9 instead. I downloaded v1.9 and tried exporting a GEDCOM file from my gno file there, but v1.9 told me that it couldn't open the gno file as it was created using Genopro v2.b2. How do I export my files? I've added a lot of information to them since getting Genopro Beta and it seems like it is now all trapped there!

If the version of GenoPro does not support Gedcom, it means you have a very old version (more than 18 months).  Please upgrade to the latest Beta at http://www.genopro.com/beta/ and try again.  It will work.
