UnsureNow I'm using the Beta version and wonder how I should show that the biological child of one relationship is also the adopted child of a relationship one branch higher on the tree.  It seemed easier to do on the other GenoPro version.  The child has regular link to parent and then a dotted line going higher up tree to the adoptive parents.  Should I use an alias? Thought the relationships involved might be too close together for an alias. (Child was adopted by biological grandmother and her husband). I've been scanning forum for all kinds of info and saw this post. I'd be grateful for any help given. Thanks.

Is it something like this:

"εν οιδα οτι ουδεν οιδα" (Σωκρατησ)  - "The only thing that I know is that I don't know anything" (Socrates)

Double click on the line connecting the Adopted child to the parents.  You will get a drop down menu for Pedigree Link.  One of the options is Adopted Child.

Double clink on the line connecting the two peple that are co-habitating.  You will get a drop down menu for Relation with a lot choices for lines to show their relationship.

Where do I find the notation necessary for adopted children?  I also want to know how to link unmarried mates with a _ _ _ _ broken line.  Where and how do I do this?  I am using GenoPro Beta 15.  Thanks.
