Problems with 1.99b upgrade

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 3.0.1.5 Last Login: Saturday, September 21, 2019 Posts: 2, Visits: 6	I have been using GenoProGold for just over 4 years & my current version is 1.91b. This month the Update function identified that a new version 1.99b was available. My Goldenkey is still valid until Sept 2006. I have followed the download instructions & saved InstallGenoProGold.exe to my hard drive. I have then run this executable - everything appears to run as expected, except my Version 1.91b is not upgraded. The only thing that appears to change (using Explorer) is that the dates of the file Uninstall.cfg and the Help folder(+subfolders) changes to the current date. What am I doing wrong - I have updated the program successfully in the past?
