I have had to move to a new computer due to a hard disc crash and want to re install GenoPro.  A have downloaded it and it all works fine but it says that my registration key is out of date.  My understanding is that

* Purchasing GenoPro is a one-time payment.
* No hidden fees and no yearly maintenance fees.

As I have paid my fee's please could you send me a registration Key that is able to work on the new computer.

Regards

Peter

If you bought GenoPro directly you do not need to pay again

Look at
http://support.genopro.com/Topic29629.aspx?Keywords=registration+key#bm29631
which explains how to find a key. If you log on to this forum you can also find it directly from 'My Profile' / GenoPro tab

I have two registration keys which is a little odd one register in Jun 2009 and another in Feb 2011.   Both have expired written next to them under type in my user profile.   I have tried imputing the most recent and says it is expired, so when I try and complete the registration process then it says you registration expired 447 days ago.

Did i or did I not purchase a full license in which case why have I paid twice and why is it neither work?  I would be grateful if you could activate my license and explain what is going on.

Regards

Peter

Feel free to use the Account Recovery Wizard and we will do our best to locate an account with a purchased registration key.  Whatever the outcome, we will inform you if there are any matching name or email containing a permanent registration key.

I have already used the Account recovery without sucess and it says

"4E2-84R-ALC-LDM-TMP expired464 days ago.*

This key was purchased on 25 Feb 2011and expired on 12 Mar 2011 for some reason.  Why has the registration key expired?

We seem to be going around in circles without a suitable resolution.  Please send me a registration key that is valid please.  You should have access to my account to verify that I have paid for a registration key!

A registration key ending with TMP is a temporary key.  A purchased registration key ends with 5 digits.  If you have purchased GenoPro, then we have your key in our database.  Just give us the exact email address you purchased GenoPro and we will update your account.  Feel free to use the Account Recovery Wizard to recover your purchased key.

Finally I have a result.  It turns out I bought Genopro using another email not the one I have currently in my profile.  If you had suggested I try any possible email's that I may have used to purchase Genopro in the Registration Recovery then I would have done so.  All working now.

I just bought GenoPro but made a mistake entering my email address.  The program is not activated. The attached pops up whenever I open the program.

I now have corrected the email address problem but still can't access the program.

Marg M

Wow!  It worked.  Thanks so much.

Hello Marg,
The Regedit (Registry) error is probably caused by a security restriction by Windows.  For instance, some organizations restrict the installation of software on corporate computers, and therefore the access to the Registry is restricted only to the administrators.

I have not seen this error in a decade.  Try to run GenoPro as administrator to allow GenoPro to update the Registry to record your registration key.
