I notice that the Individual's page that referenced the photo is also not updated.  It would appear that the thumbnail images are actually uploaded but not the pictures or the updated refering page.

So I am now thinking that perhaps the cause is that you have the 'Resume Report' checkbox set under the Options tab of the Generate Report dialog.  Is this the case?

I have never used this setting myself but its description is that only new pages are added and so could lead to the situation you have seen.

GenoPro always compares an updated page with the previous version via a checksum of the contents and only copies pages up to the web site if the checksums differ and so the 'Resume Report' setting is somewhat redundant.

I'm having the same problem.  I have yet to find the Narrative Report download.  I have noticed that my GenoPro folder does not have a Skins folder.  I am running version 2.5.4.1 on Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit version.  Update:  If I select New Skin from the Report screen, then a Skins folder is created but still receive the same error message.

I'm having the same problem.  I have yet to find the Narrative Report download

Did you read the topic in which you have posted? The second post in this topic has a link to a post where you can download the Latest Narrative report.  That post has a link to a post describing how to install the new skin.

If you are still having problems with the report after following the instructions there please post again.

Note also that all updated report skins are pinned to the start of the Report Generator Forum to make them easier to find.

My apologies.  I hadn't scrolled to the very bottom of the page that listed all the changes in the application.  Found it and downloaded it.  Hopefully that'll fix the problem.

No worries.  I know things can be hard to find here.  Sad

A tip:  I have changed preferences in Forum Settings under My Profile (link in page header above) to set Topic Display option to Flat Descending  so that the later posts in a topic appear first and I don't then have to scroll through all that has gone before before seeing the latest posts.
