Hi,
I've had a problem with GenoPro 2011 since I've gotten my new laptop which uses Windows 10. Previously, in order to make my family trees into .png and .jpg images, I selected the whole tree using Ctrl-A, and copied/pasted it onto MS Paint and saved the image from there - this is described here.Unfortunately, since upgrading my laptop, the tree is distorted and is missing the names of people and some symbols after I copy-paste the image onto Paint. |

Strange, on my machine it is working fine. Can you try pasting into MS Word or PowerPoint?

Usually I use Irfanview and works well, even with fairly large trees. With Paint, in fact, not all objects are pasted. (With W10).

If I copy-paste to Word or PowerPoint first, then copy-paste that to Paint, it works perfectly. It's an odd solution, but it works! Thank you.
