Hello,
I am trying to use GenoPro for a class, and have downloaded and installed it, but when I try to register for an academic evaluation key, it gives me this error: Error sending registration key to email '***********@yahoo.com': The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmxI have tried many times, while even turning off my firewall, but it won't seem to send the request successfully to your servers. Is there any way I can get around this?

According to our records, not request was made with your email address, meaning your computer was unable to access our server GenoPro.com. If you need a temporary key, feel free to use this one which is valid for 6 months: 3-ULBN-M3ZW-YMCs-TMP

I entered new data. I saved the file. Then I wanted to do the Online Backup. That failed. I then tried to Generate a Report for online viewing. That failed as well.
The error message reads: The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name, and port number. Of course, I have no idea how to locate firewall settings, server name or port numbers. It then provides a link that when I visit it, it is so far past my ability it could have been written in Sanscrit. How do I get GenoPro to play nice with me?
