Error connecting to the server

Author	Can't connect to the genopro server when attempting to request an academic registration key.

Forum Newbie Forum Members Last Login: Friday, November 27, 2015 Posts: 1, Visits: 2	Hello, I am trying to use GenoPro for a class, and have downloaded and installed it, but when I try to register for an academic evaluation key, it gives me this error: Error sending registration key to email '***********@yahoo.com': The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx I have tried many times, while even turning off my firewall, but it won't seem to send the request successfully to your servers.
