You have misunderstood what I meant.   familytrees.genopro.com/jurela/alperovich_photos is the URL to access the report once it is generated NOT the path to use when generating a report.

You should use your GenoPro username NOT your email in the Login Username or Email box

When you use your email address to generate a report genopro does not use the correct url to access it, hence 'page not found' but the report is created correctly and can be accessed via the standard url that includes your genopro username I.e. familytrees.genopro.com/jurela/alperovich_photos

And so the solution is to always use your genopro username and not your email address.

One problem!
If I created report to 
- genopro://jurela@inbox.lv:xxxxxxx@familytrees.genopro.com/alperovich_photos or 
- genopro://jurela@inbox.lv:xxxxxxx@familytrees.genopro.com/alperovich_test, 
in result view "Page not found".

When I go to  http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx in 

Online publications 



and enter to "alperovich_photos" or "alperovich_test", will all OK!

But if i created genopro://jurela:xxxxxxxx@familytrees.genopro.com/alperovich_vremenno2  - in this case all is OK!
Why?
Where my error?
