My report at familytrees.genopro.com was created using 2.b19 and is accessible only via password. The site appears to be working normally (from my computer), but another member of the family is reporting a condition they have met, as follows, although I have been unable to reproduce the fault.

Normally there is an option to download the Genopro file from within the HTML page, resulting in the chart displaying with the relevant individual selected.  Options available in the File Download dialogue box at that point are: Open, Save, Cancel or More info.  The Open option then normally allows access to the Genopro file without having to save it.  However, at that point a further 'File Download' dialogue box is displayed which reads as follows:

Do you want to Save this file?
Name   Family Tree.gno
Type   GenoPro Document, 486 KB
From   familytrees.genopro.com

                       Save           Cancel

At the bottom it reads:
The file you are downloading cannot be opened by the default programme.
It is either corrupted or it has an incorrect file type.
As a security precaution, it is recommended that you cancel the download.

What is generating this window?  She had Norton on her computer, but switching that off has no effect.  Note that the option to Open the file has disappeared.  She is running with 2.b19 also.  Any clues?
