Password Issue

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 2.5.4.1 Last Login: Tuesday, March 8, 2022 Posts: 2, Visits: 22	I'd like to upload my tree to http://familytrees.genopro.com/ and have followed the directions outlined on that page to do so. I have a registered copy of GenoPro and recently upgraded to GP2007. I can login here: http://support.genopro.com/Logon.aspx with no problem (password works) but when I attempt to upload my tree through the software using the Report Generator I get a passward error. I'm asked if I'd like my password emailed to me and I select yes but have yet to receive it via email. What am I doing wrong?
