Author I can not see my tree pressing the link from the report

I used to see my tree even if I were using a diferent computer, without GenoPro installed on it, but now I can not. I do not know why. 

When I click "click on this link to view the genealogy tree within your browser" it returns a ziped file with options Save, execute or Cancel.

If I use the options "save" or "execute" it does not return my tree even if I am using my computer with GenoPro installed on it.

Please, help me.
