I am lost. I exported a file from
Family Tree
Maker and I am trying to add my grandmother as a spouse to my grandfather and their 4 children. I have added her as a spouse, but when I try to add her as a parent to each child, I seem to have to do each one separately and it adds a whole bunch of extra lines. There must be an easier way. I tried to delete each child and re-add them but it messes up their relationships with their spouses and children. I have searched the
help files
but don't seem to have the right keyword. It doesn't seem like I would have to delete everything and start from scratch, but I am beginning to wonder....
I am new at this, but must say I am already frustrated that there aren't clearer easier to access help files.
Thanks for your time,
