I am attaching a concern one of my students had:

After I emailed you last night I decided to work some more on my project. Apparently the general code did not work because when I tried logging in it said my access code had expired but it had saved my work from the last time. However, this time I was not so lucky. It would not let me save my work last night since the access code was expired. I tried reregistering again and it never sent me the access code. Luckily I printed out what I had done so I will show you tonight.  Laura Herbst

Is there something that she may not be doing correctly?  Am I correct in giving the students my email as their access code to work on this?

Thank you!

If your student has been using GenoPro for more than 180 days then she will need to obtain a new academic evaluation key using your referrer ID (usually your email) ensuring her email address is correct. See video tutorial here

If he/she had instead obtained a 14-day evaluation in error then again she should apply for an academic evaluation key.

p.s. For future reference, please post in the appropriate sub-forum as this post does not appear to be about 'Report Generator Bugs' and should have been posted in 'Bug Reports' . Thank You
