Genopro
arranges
remarriages
differently (and IMHO with more confusion) than how M. McGoldrick et al does in
Genograms: Assessment and Intervention
.
Using this
video
-
Divorce - Second Spouse
- Mark is placed to the left of Christopher. In McGoldrick's book, Mark would be placed to the Right of Jeanie. When you have a few remarriages on both sides, the Genogram starts to look like a plethora of same-sex unions (as related to me by one of my adult clients)
Is there a way to ensure remarriages resemble the format used by McGoldrick?
Thanks.

I do not know the
reference
you give, but GenoPro can arrange the
Genogram
how you want to show; it just has to be done manually. Personally I prefer to move the
family
(
marriage
) line to show the explicit sequence, some thing like this
