unable to create folder 'pictures'

GenoPro version: 2.5.3.9

Report is created without folder 'pictures'. Uploading directly to Genopro only old photos are shown.
The same is creating report on computer. Familytree.gno shows photos from 'pictures'folder normally. I'm using Win XP. Previous versions were always OK
