How do I assign the same occupancy place in the contact properties tab to multiple individuals at the same time?
I have tried selecting multiple individuals in the table layout, but the contact tab is not included in selection properties for multiple individuals. It doesn't make sense that I wouldn't be able to do this other than on an individual basis, so I must be missing something... can anyone point me in the right direction?

There is no mechanism to assign a contact to an individual from the Table Layout. I can add a menu item Assign Existing Contact which will allow you to pick an existing contact and assign it to the selected individual(s) in the Table Layout. Would this solution work for you?

Yes, that would help if it would allow me to assign existing contact information to multiple individuals at the same time vs. individually.

I forgot to reply to this post. If you download the latest update at http://www.genopro.com/monica/ you will see a context menu named Assign Existing Contact in the Table Layout as well as in the main window when you select multiple individuals.

It seems I spoke too soon - several times now when I select multiple individuals and try to assign existing contact I get a message saying that there was a problem and that Windows will close the program:
I am able to go as far as selecting an existing contact, and it is at this point that I get the message. Prior to this happening the contact had two individuals assigned to it, but after re-opening GenoPro this particular contact was listed twice with one individual assigned to each. This also happened last nite, and when I tried to consolidate the two contacts I also got the same message about the program not working correctly and the program was closed.
Just to make it more frustrating, this feature has worked a few times but it's been sporadic and inconsistent. I did not have any problem with GenoPro closing prior to downloading the Monika version a few days ago, so I don't know if there is a compatibility issue with my computer and the Monika version or if it has to do with the new Assign Existing Contact feature. I am using Windows Vista Ultimate.
