How to assign the same occupancy place to multiple individuals

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 2.5.3.9 Last Login: Tuesday, June 14, 2011 Posts: 6, Visits: 22	How do I assign the same occupancy place in the contact properties tab to multiple individuals at the same time? I have tried selecting multiple individuals in the table layout, but the contact tab is not included in selection properties for multiple individuals. It doesn't make sense that I wouldn't be able to do this other than on an individual basis, so I must be missing something... can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.
