Would it be possible to add a button that opens the contents of the comments box for editing in a new resizable window?

When viewing the properties of an
individual
on the
genomap
, I
find
the comments box on the 'general' tab too small. Would it be possible to add a button that opens the contents of the comments box for editing in a new resizable window?
