My students are reporting they have no volume on some of the video tutorials.  I checked it out and also have volume only on some videos.

OK - so I figured this our myself.  To fix this problem you need to upgrade to the 2011 version of Genopro.  (Which I did not even know existed.)  If I knew that the support for this product would be so terrible I never would have asked my institution to buy it for our students.  I won't make that mistake again and will encourage others to select a different product - anything BUT Genopro.

Yes, we need to redo the videos.  We have many videos we also want to create, including an introduction with step-by-step instructions to get started, such as creating a family, adding parents, children, a second spouse, and perhaps how to print the family tree on a single page.
