Printing problem

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 3.0.1.0 Last Login: Tuesday, January 24, 2017 Posts: 1, Visits: 10	I'm working on a tree with 210 individuals and encounter problems for printing with the version 2.5.3.9 Page setup parameters : paper dimensions landscape 21x30 cm (A4). Scale 100%. Total pages 2 horizontal & 2 verticals. Horizontal and vertical centering are enabled. All 4 pages contain about a quarter of the individuals. Print zone preview ON Printer doPDFv7. Print preview in single page mode is showing 2 blank pages and 2 other pages BUT with just a strongly zoomed part of the tree (in fact, the upper left part of each print zone page on the screen, abt. 1/6 of the print zone page content) . In dual page mode, strange display with a screen wide tree part and an overlapping part of another A4 page. Print result in PDF is 2 white page and 2 pages with zoomed part of each print zone page. Same sort of result with Canon printer 850 selected. For the moment, Genopro is unusable for me. Thanks for help.
