HI

I have purchesed Genopro today for ONE licence and the system has sent me 3 keys and genopro is trying to take 3 times the money out of my account. I am in the UK and cannot phone USA.

I have tried to contact via email, but there is only the 'noreply' button

What do I do to get this error corrected?

I only want and need one copy

You made one purchase in USD and two in EUR.  I refunded your two transactions in Euro.

By the way, GenoPro displays a message if you already purchased a permanent key and attempt to purchase another one.  I am curious if you have seen the message below:

HI

First thanks for resolving this so quickly. No I did not get the message. the first time I tried which is the doller one I got an error message so tried again a few minutes later having re put in my CC details. Changed the payment to euros on that one.  This went through in one click. they got the key to than and to my horror a few minutes later two more keys

Thinks got wrong I guess, but thanks again for dealing with it quickly, the software is very useful for what I am doing and will be recommending it to some colleuges in the near future
