There was a problem with pictures in genomaps in PDF format but not with SVG.  You mentioned an SVG plugin - all modern browsers support now support SVG natively without the need for the Adobe plugin so maybe you should update your browser.

If you are still experiencing problems please provide a sample .gno or web link to your published tree. (Send via Private Message if confidential)

I believe this problem was fixed with the most recent release of the narrative report. You can download the latest version here:

http://support.genopro.com/Topic28332.aspx

You will need to unzip it, and copy the folder into your Skins folder, then select it when you generate the report.

I have placed a picture on my genomap (a family crest). However, this is not present after I have generated a report and viewed the family tree with the SVG plug-in. All other features (text, colours etc.) are present, and individual and location pictures are there, but not the picture placed directly on the genomap. How do I get to see this?
