When you go to the
genomaps
tree
menu and select a genomap sub-diagram, it hides the index frame (whether or not the index pane is pinned) and the detail frame.
I love that the genomaps open full size, but it does cause two navigation issues:
If you click on any of the index menu items the index frameremains hidden. The indexes can be viewed only after clicking on the home menu
Clicking on a name from the genomap does not cause the detail frame to show, although the maximise/restore icon works
